Our general Outpatient Department (OPD) runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. However, specific consultant timings vary by specialty. We highly recommend booking an appointment online or calling our helpdesk beforehand.

Yes, we are fully empanelled under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Eligible patients can avail cashless secondary and tertiary healthcare treatment. Please visit our dedicated PM-JAY desk in the main lobby with your golden card and Aadhar card for verification.

We provide cashless facilities through almost all major private health insurance companies and TPAs (including Star Health, HDFC Ergo, ICICI Lombard, Medi Assist, Paramount, etc.), alongside corporate tie-ups and CGHS/ECHS schemes. Please check with our TPA desk at the time of admission.

Our Emergency and Trauma Department is operational 24 Hours / 7 Days a week. Immediate stabilizing treatment is given to all critical patients without waiting for administrative or payment formalities.

To ensure adequate rest for our patients, visiting hours are strictly restricted between 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily. Only one visitor with a valid visitor's pass is permitted per patient at any given time in the general wards. Children under 12 are generally not allowed inside inpatient wards as a precaution.

Yes, all diagnostic lab reports and radiology results can be securely downloaded from our website's Patient Portal. You will receive an SMS containing a direct link and log-in credentials as soon as your reports are finalized by our doctors.

For a planned admission, please bring: 1) Doctor's admission advice note, 2) Patient's government photo ID (Aadhar card/PAN Card), 3) Insurance card/TPA pre-authorization form (if applicable), and 4) All relevant recent medical records and ongoing prescription medicines.

Yes, our hospital provides home diagnostic services including blood/urine sample collection, home physiotherapy, ECG setups, and nursing care for chronically ill patients. You can schedule a home visit by calling our homecare helpline directly.

Yes, we have a 24/7 fully-stocked pharmacy located on the ground floor next to the emergency room block. It caters to all prescription medicines, surgical consumables, and general healthcare products for both OPD and IPD requirements.
